Job Role: Business Development Associate - Centre Sales

• Any Graduation/ Post Graduation
• Have an interest and deep understanding of the Indian education business sector.
• Handling mentoring and guiding students.
• The capability of a knack for sales
• Good interpersonal and presentation, and communication skills.

Buju’s Business Development Associative BDA - Job Description:

• Candidates have to work as individual contributors and work in a team of powerhouse to help spread Byju’s way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing and establishing the unique features of Byju’s learning programs to students and their parents through sessions of conversations.
• You will be responsible for mentoring and sales.
  Byju’s BDA Salary Details:
• BDA Role: You will be awarded INR 16,600 for 6 weeks of the training program. Compensation would be adjusted based on the number of days that you are active in the entire program.
• Overall CTC (BDA –Centre Sales): 8,50,000 LPA ( 4.5 to 5.5 LPA fixed pay + 3 LPA is performance pay) for the Inside Sales job.
• Byju’s BDA role average incentive is around INR 30,000 per month. But our best Business Development Associates will make INR 70,000 – 80,000 incentive every month this is apart from their fixed salary of BDA.
• Business Development Associate will get an opportunity to become a manager within 1.5 - 2 years of working experience. Byju's best-performed associates can even become a manager even earlier before completing a year. This is an add-on for this role to develop your career as freshers in the IT industry with Byju's. 

Byju’s BDA Training:

All interview-selected candidates will be under the Training Program The training program, are:

Stage1: Classroom Training Program (CTA)

Duration: 2 Weeks

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days

Post completion of the class training, the candidate will be assessed on various parameters. Only qualifying trainees in this assessment, then only moved to Stage 2 of the training program.

Stage 2: ‘On-the-job’ Training (OJT)

Duration: 4 Weeks

Location: Work from Home

Working Days: 6 days

Post completion of the OJT training for 4 weeks, the candidate will be assessed on various parameters. Only qualifying trainees will become eligible for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA).
