About the Job:

Join our Google Operations Center and get a chance to help Google users to tackle their technical issues and problems and resolve their issues to achieve their goals. All are working in a dynamic and diverse working environment.

As a Technical Analyst role, you will supply excellent customer service to customers by answering their questions and resolving quarries, and bugs related to Google products and services. You will need to provide customer support on inbound calls, chats, and emails from Google customers and satisfy customers with our service.

Google Analyst – Tech Position Responsibilities

• Candidate should maintain a positive and professional working environment and attitude towards google customers.
• You must have to provide excellent support across a variety of google products and platforms, including chat, instant messaging, calls, chats, and emails.
• Ready to work on flexible timing 24x7 to customer support. Timing should vary based on the business requirements and service environment Work timings might be in night and weekend shifts.
• Exposure to troubleshooting basic technical problems, identifying customer requirements, and providing creative solutions to resolve problems.
• The candidate has effective communication with all handling projects internally and externally.
• Maintain response from customers and speed.
• Always keep and focus on excellent customer satisfaction and follow the quality of service in 95% of cases.
• Handling of troubleshooting tools and techniques. Provide solutions to customer-facing root cause assessment.
• Provide high-class customer assistance to highest Tier customers and resolve issues.
• Develop and update support knowledge, Candidate has a passion for learning and knowledge sharing.

Google Eligibility Criteria for Freshers 2022

• BTech/BE students from the stream of Information Technology/Computer Science degree (or) BCA or BSc computer science candidate or equivalent technical experience graduates with a strong academic record.
• Candidate has excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Ability to proven and balance multiple priorities and a critical work environment.
• 0-18 months of experience in Technical Support/Customer service is preferred.

Google Freshers Preferred Qualifications

• The candidate has experience in front-end web programming languages like HTML and JavaScript.
• Expecting an excellent proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• A basic understanding of networking concepts is required.
• Technical understanding of web protocols including HTTP, DNS, SSL, TLS and etc...
• Ability to understand the technical system to resolve customer queries.
