• Candidate can understand our client's business requirements, and create an understanding of client documents to ensure a complete understanding of the business requirement.
• Basic understanding of the Agile application development life cycle and environment for successful product delivery.
• Have to provide input from your side to create a low-level design for the working process.
• Understanding of design, development, maintenance, testing, debugging and deploying code as per the client's requirements and specifications.
• Candidate can understand the basic data requirements and develop test the process of development.
• Identify and highlight the tasks to meet deadlines. Foreseeing addresses issues and resolving the problem.
• Have to take ownership to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ready to participate as a technical member of the project team during client meetings and attend technical sessions to develop skills and cost-effective and high-quality solutions to the problems identified.
• Eager to continuously upskill/reskill your technical knowledge and scale up to new technologies.
• Good written and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work logically in a team and manage work.

Cognizant GenC Off Campus Drive Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate from BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science /Information Technology) & MS Software Engineering of five-year integrated course degree students only
• Expecting batches from 2020, 2021 & 2022 passed-out students.
• Candidate has a consistent academic record of a minimum of 50% in 10th, 12th, Diploma, UG & PG is required.
• No standing arrears in current education is a must.
• A maximum of 2 years gap in education is eligible for this role before applying.
• Candidate has strong written and communication skills required.
• This job role is open to Indian nationals / OCIs / PIOs who are currently residing in India.
• Have to be flexible and relocate to anywhere in India based on business requirements.
• Ready to work in any shift/technology/domain, including work from office location basis business requirements is mandatory.

• If selected, the candidate will be onboarded as a fresher Programmer Analyst Trainee and no prior work experience will be considered for this role.
