• Candidate from BE/BTech or graduate students is only eligible to apply for this role. 
• CSS Corp L1 Technical Support Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
• CSS Corp provides training for the role of L1 & L2 remote technical support on all 5 operating systems like Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome, and Android and also basic OS troubleshooting techniques and solving.
• Also provides L1 & L2 remote technical support on applications and software during installation errors and bugs from users or customers’ side. L1 and L2 support engineers can able to resolve client issues and bugs immediately.
• Have to handle troubleshooting techniques to identify network-relevant technical issues on software and applications.
• The candidate also has knowledge on provides basic hardware troubleshooting on desktops, servers, laptops, and VMs.
• Provide a system of administrative support based on user demand and issues.
• Support Engineers can identify the problem areas and provide a suitable solution for them.
• The selected candidate has to attend required technical training sessions based on the requirement and makes the work effective.
• Have to ensure the overall service and achieved targets.
