•    Candidate from BE/BTech educational background is eligible to apply for this role.
•    0 to 2 years of experience is also eligible for this role.
•    Candidate has problem-solving and solid analytical skills.
•    Having a self-starter with solid analytical and problem-solving skills is mandatory.
•    Good personal organizational skills and flexible enough to change direction pursuant to business demands.
•    Working in a team environment and comfortable with project works, and handling deadlines. Candidate must work on multi-tasking and flexible work schedules during peak project working times. 
•    Paying a high level of attention to project work and details.
•    Candidate has the capability of handling high work-pressure environments during peak months, and project launch times. 
•    Capability to interact with individuals and team members at all levels of the organization. 
•    Candidate has excellent written and oral communication skills required.
•    Be confident in the handling of high-level clients, both internally and externally. So a high level of English fluency is a must.

•    Have to support work with Tier 1 support and resolve client issues in a timely manner a
•    Provide Tier-2 support to resolve technical issues in tools. 
•    understanding of the full life cycle of system development, business, and technology with AGILE methodologies.
•    Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements based on the project details and demand. 
•    Have to ensure business requirements and fulfill the functional specifications. 
•    Identified the issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved.
•    Consistently fulfill client expectations and project deadlines.
•    Understanding and evaluating problems to customer issues and providing logical lasting solutions to their problems. 
•    Work with the business owners to identify information needs and develop reports based on the project demand.
