Equiniti Chennai is hiring the role of IT Service Desk Analyst - Trainee. Interested and eligible candidates apply!!!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate has basic knowledge in Microsoft Operating systems for desktops and laptops, MS Office applications including Outlook, Microsoft Active Directory, etc is a must for this role.
Applicant should have knowledge of handling the Technical Help Desk function.
Knowledge of handling Microsoft Operating systems like Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is a must.
Basics knowledge of Print Services, TCP-IP, and Network connectivity is required for this role.
Candidate has Certification in MCSE desirable for application.

Skills Attributes and Behaviour:

Candidate Should possess a minimum 6-month experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
Candidate Should be process oriented mentality.
Desire to learn and ability to implement them swiftly in the work.
The candidate has the willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
