Role: Trainee Engineer - Technical Services Delivery
Job Type: Full-Time
Locations: Gurgaon, Haryana India

NTT Data Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate ready to interact with clients to meet our complex requirements of a solution.
- Escalating unresolved problems to the relevant third parties.
- Client escalated requests and also supported client applications as a first-line resolution.
- Maintain reports, proposals, and project documentation.
- Provide documentation of SOPs relating to installations and fixes.
- Guide as coach and mentor to more junior executive Engineers and Technicians.
- Required coordination of the activities of the Engineers, in achieving performance targets.
- Might be on the customer service desk, providing third-line telephonic, remote, and on-site support and problem management.
- High-complexity design work, with input to the expected design.
- Have a strong knowledge of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.
Qualifications Details:
- Information Technology/Computer Science Degree or equivalent together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent
- Project management certification.
Required Qualification:
- Technical knowledge in Solid work experience implementation engineering or anything similar
- Client Engaging experience and project presentations
- Better project administration and documentation experience
- Maintaining Report experience
- Basic project management
