TCS MBA Hiring Qualifications Details:

Educational Qualification - Candidates must have completed a full-time MBA degree from a recognized university or institute. The MBA program must be of two years duration.
Specialization - Candidates can apply if they have specialized in any of the following areas: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT, or Systems.
Year of Passing - For the year of passing 2022, candidates must have graduated between 2020 and 2022. For the year of passing 2023, candidates must graduate in 2023.
Consistent Academic Record - Candidates must have a consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA throughout their academic career.
Backlogs:

The 2023 passed-out students with only one backlog are allowed for the test. however, all pending backlogs should be completed within the stipulated course duration to be eligible to join TCS.
The 2022 passed-out students and course should have been completed within the stipulated course duration. You should be able to submit all mark sheets and certificates during the joining formalities.

Year gap/break in Education is compulsory to declare gaps in education if any.
The overall education gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification of your education. Need to submit relevant document proof, as applicable.
Applicant must be of 18 years of age or above at the time of application.
Indian citizens are eligible to apply for the TCS MBA off-campus hiring program conducted by TCS.

TCS MBA Hiring 2023 Qualification:

The applicant has a two-year full-time MBA/MMS/ PGDBA/PGDM Course with specialization in Marketing / Finance / Operations / Information Technology / General Management / Supply Chain Management / Business Analytics / Project Management or related disciplines

TCS MBA off-campus hiring & Application Process:

If you meet the eligibility criteria for the TCS MBA off-campus hiring program for the year of passing 2022 and 2023, you can apply by following these steps:

Visit the TCS Careers website - Go to the TCS Careers website (https://www.tcs.com/careers)
Create an account if you don't already have one.
Fill in your profile details, including your personal information, educational qualifications, work experience (if any), and other relevant details also applicable.
Apply for the MBA off-campus hiring program on the TCS Careers website and apply and complete submitting your application.
Fill in the application form with all the required information, including your personal details, educational qualifications, work experience, and other relevant information related to needs and fields.
Ready to upload your resume and documents, including your MBA degree certificate, transcripts, and other relevant certificates.
Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
Select your mode of the test (In-Center) and choose your preferred test center & then click on Apply.
Note, the test center once chosen may not be changed.
To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application’. Your status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’ be aware of it.

TCS MBA Hiring 2023 Test Pattern:

Assessment Duration: 90 mins and is split into 3 sections:

Verbal Aptitude

Quantitative Aptitude

Business Aptitude
