Job Description: 

• Trainees can able to train individuals on Soft skills and conduct assessments to identify the gaps in new or refresher training accordingly. 
• Giving Behavioral Training along with the soft skill training process. 
• Delivering behavioral pieces of training as per the training schedule. 
• Academic Trainee is responsible for conducting Soft Skills Assessment and Development Centers across the process assigned to understand the areas for new or refresher training. 
• Arranging refresher training for every month covering all the employees in the process of skills development.
• Have to note the impact of the completed training programs and report to Lead Trainer for better understanding and future improvements. These are the major roles and responsibilities.
