IBM Australia Job Roles & Responsibilities:

IBM is looking for creative problem solvers and original thinkers to become our 2023 IBM Microsoft Package Consultant Graduates, those who are assisting IBM's clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of Microsoft solutions. The graduate consultant will use in-depth consulting skills, and business knowledge, solution expertise to effectively integrate Microsoft technology into the clients.  Microsoft consultants also do a business environment in order to achieve client-expected business results.

Selected candidates will be trained and become an expert in existing and new Microsoft Dynamics applications and speak with IBM's clients and make impactful strategic recommendations.

Note: This is a full-time permanent role, based in Sydney, Australia commencing May 2023.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Applicants in their final year of tertiary education OR who have graduated from an Australian University no earlier than 2021 are required to apply for this role. 
• Candidates who have less than 2 years of relevant full-time work experience are also welcome to apply. 
• IBM expects to maintain a credit average, and the applicant must be an Australian Citizen.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• IBM looking for candidates who have a passion for technology.
• We are expecting candidates from graduates from the background streams including Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, and other degrees with a technical degree.
• For business roles, consider all degrees including Business Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Commerce, and Economics are eligible. 
• Candidate's ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as working independently when required for this job.
