Junior Engineer Trainee, under the administration of Tendering manager, is responsible for the assigned tenders for domestic Coal/ Oil & gas fired projects (including R&M) / Complete boiler supply) projects.
Assist Tendering manager in Bid preparation.
Tender documents analysis along with amendment/errata/corrigendum/clarifications and update to Tendering Manager.
Assist Tendering Manager in recognizing documents and information required for bid preparation.
Cooperation with the internal department under the administration of Tendering Manager.
Cooperation with vendors under the administration of Tendering Manager.
Under the administration of Tendering Manager, co-operate for necessary documentation required for bid submission.
The support package manager for an estimate of Boiler packages.
Participate in meeting with vendors.
The support package manager for project-related issues.
Make sure compliance with department procedure & process
